  • Returns Process

    Changed your mind? Don’t worry, you can return your purchases to a store within 28 days and we’ll be happy to do the refund for you.
    See below steps of the returns process:
    1. Return your items to a store as soon as possible as long as your returned product meets our Returns Policy.
    2. Bring the original receipt.

  • Returns Policy

    Items purchased online can only be returned to any of our stores and NOT BY POST.
    Items can be returned within 28 days only.
    Items must be returned with the original receipt.
    Items must be in a re-sellable condition (undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached and must be unworn
    Any items which have been provided free-of-charge must also be returned.
    For health, hygiene and copyright purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the below items once worn or when the packaging has been opened or damaged unless the pieces are of unsatisfactory quality or inappropriate for use:
    1. Hats
    2. Quilts
    3. Duvets
    4. Pillows
    5. Underwear and shapewear
    6. Protection wear
    7. Hosiery
    8. Swimwear (unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place)
    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    If your item is damaged/faulty or incorrectly supplied, we may offer you a replacement (depending on stock availability) or a refund by the method of payment used.

  • Exchanges Process

    If you would like to exchange any items, you may visit your nearest Matalan Store with your proof of purchase and you’ll be able to exchange for the product you want (subject to availability).
    We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items that are not returned within 28 days from the date of purchase or collection, if such items are not faulty.

  • Refunds

    To qualify for our refunds, the returned products must meet our Returns Policy.
    We will immediately process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering. Timeline when you will receive the refund will depend in your bank. We suggest contacting your bank to check its status.
    The refund will be issued on the method of payment used.
    We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that will not meet our Returns Policy.
    Goods must be returned with your original receipt. Without a receipt we will exchange or refund at the last known selling price.

    3. We accept payments online using major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay. Charges will be done with local currencies respective local currencies. The below logo of the accepted cards are displayed in the Home page and Payment check out page.
